1. How often do you come here?
2. Why is it such a big difference in number of times per month?

4. What do you like about the store now?
First guy: Mother of two kids; 13 and 5, loves reading
Characteristic: Loves reading
How often do you come here?: Back in SG, we go every week and kids stock up on books a lot. Now only once every few months
Why such a big difference in number of times per month?: Kids don’t like this store, they find it not appealing. Boring environment and not enough English books
What changes do you want to see?: Make better use of amount of space. Perhaps using different floors for different age groups
What do you like about the store now?: Big size, many floors, quiet environment (due to no business), close to food

Characteristic: Teacher
How do you feel about this store?: I think it is the best bookstore so far, however when 成品 opens, I think that they will face the threat
How often do you come?: Every 2 weeks
Why do you come?: I will pop by when I come here to eat
What else do you like about the store?: Size, has lots of books and different genres. This store allows us to browse
What changes would you want?: More assessment books and make the place attractive to students.
CONCLUSION:
Phoenix bookshop appeals to local market but not expatriate. Expatriate finds it not attractive and they didn't make full use of the big space they have. The bookshop can try to be more internationalised as the local younger generations are getting exposed internationally. They can do more to attract the younger generations

Could you rate the following according to the priorities you want to see in the bookshop :variety in titles, price, customer service, environment? I would prefer variety, price, customer service then environment.
What kind of customer service are you expecting in a bookshop? The salesperson should be well trained: knowing the books well, able to recommend titles.

There is too many people here! The book shop is huge making it hard to get books that you want.
3)What do you like about this shop?
I like how there is quiet reading spots around the shop. You can focus on the book and relax! Not only that, there is corners where they separate the different genres! It makes it easier to find the books you would like to purchase.

Answer: I usually come to this when I have a holiday or just spare-time.
2. Why do you come to this bookshop?
Answer: Because the environment of this bookshop is suitable and it is not noisy so I can read peacefully without peopl disturbing me.
3. What do you think should be improved in this bookshop?
Answer: In my opinion, the tables and chairs of this bookshop should be changed into a better quality because it often shakes and the chairs are either broken or shaky. More chairs and tables should be added because there are some people who have to stand up and read or don't have places to put their bag down when they read.
4. What books do you like to read in the bookshop?
Answer: I like to read classical books, essays and cultural or historical books.
5. Do you like the environment of this bookstore?
Answer: The environment of this bookstore is good, nice and comforting.

Answer: Because this bookstore has a variety of books for me to read and the environment is good.

Answer: I think tables should be added because when I come to this bookstore, I usually find it very hard to find a table to put my books or my bag.

Answer: The environment of this bookstore is good and it is very comfortable.

CONCLUSION:
In my opinion, I think that the bookstore is not very good and should be improved so it could attract more people. Also, adding more different genres of books including more english books.
